VKidz Registration

Hi there! We are so glad to have your children in VKidz with us! Please complete this form as their Parent/Guardian and then add your children individually at the end of the form. This will allow us to find your children in our check-in system and print their nametags. We strive to provide a safe and fun environment for your kids to learn about Jesus every Sunday while you attend Worship Service.
